I love the charming flair of the neighborhood, as well as the small individual businesses and restaurants.

What can one buy in your store? What is your passion behind it?

Quality and indulgence is what drives me. To present a multifaceted vegetarian and vegan cuisine on a new level. 

I recommend either a 2 hour walk through the vegetable gardens in our flagship Michelin starred restaurant in the 1stdistrict with a sharing chefs garden or to enjoy a sharing breakfast in our Bistro – both culinary experiences you haven’t had before.
