Word Rap about Vienna

Only in Vienna:

A toasted ham & cheese sandwich and a sparkling water with fresh lemon juice. And an empty city on sundays.

Better elsewhere:

Your vice(s):

Always a cake with my coffee. At the Café Sperl, Café Goldegg or the Café Korb.

Sweet Vienna:

Salty caramel and pistacchio ice cream at Schelato close to the hotel, delicate pastries from Créme de la Créme, vegan almond-nougat dream at Swing Kitchen.

Hearty Vienna:

Breakfast at the Café Ansari in Praterstrasse, get a snack from Joseph Brot around the corner or Öfferl in the old town. Lunch at Café Espresso in Burggasse, dinner at the best Vietnamese place in town, Vietthao at Karlsplatz, or Das Kleine Paradies in the 8th district.

Chic Vienna:

Chic and cool: the Mochi (reserve early!) and later on a drink at the world famous Loos Bar.

Young and hip: Bruder Bar with excellent food and creative drinks.

When it gets dark:

The bathing house at the "Sargfabrik".

Your favorite spot:

Every al fresco dining space.

Not to be found in any tourist guide:

The many hidden bathing spots along the danube and the Neuwaldegger Bad.

A must see:

Art spaces and galleries like Zeller van Almsick and Nathalie Halgand with exhibitions of young upcoming talents.

Selfie Spot:

In front of the art nouveau buildings of Linke Wienzeile.

No need to see or do, even if found in a tourist guide:

A horse carriage ride in Vienna's first district. Better explore the city on foot.

Let's wrap it up, what do you love about Vienna?

The Viennese way of life and the many green spots in and around Vienna.
