The Art of Hospitality. Est. 12.06.1991
The Altstadt Vienna celebrates its 25th birthday. Founded in 1991. As a refuge for the experienced traveler, the lovers of art and culture, for aficionados with passion for detail and quality. A bit as if owner Otto Ernst Wiesenthal had opened a hotel for himself.
But over the years it evolved into a place, where people are permitted to be who they truly are. Among them one will find the young crew of hosts, who the patron so deerly puts in the centre of all things. And they are radiant and smile. Towards the guest. Because they love what they do:

Give Life Love
For all those who unfortunately missed the big event on the 6th of June 2016. A quick glance at what happened.
Of course it began with a speech. See here for the intro by Otto Ernst Wiesenthal
Followed by a lot of cheering, laughing, dancing, great food and drinks. Musical performances by Cabrioletta & her Jonnys, Richie Loidl and Friends and Georgij Makazaria with his Russian Gentlemen Club. Culinary experiences where also found in the bösendorfer suite, where a suitespeedfeed was being held. 2 courses, 15 minutes, 12 people. Accompanied on a famed Bösendorfer piano. Not to be missed as well: the sensational gin tasting with the Kesselbrüder and their great Wien Gin.
And ouf course, art was present as well. All the way from Portland / USA, artist Michael aka Menorah Horwitz created astonishing portraits of the crowd.
It truly was a great evening. Thank you all!
