If you plan to explore the city further after your check-out, you can store your luggage at the reception. If you need assistance carrying, please let us know.

Please come to reception by 12 noon to check out. If you would like to stay with us a little longer, please enquire at reception about the possibility of a later check-out.

Print boarding passes or tickets
Have you already checked in online? We will be happy to print your boarding pass or train tickets for you. Please send us the file by email to: hotel@altstadt.at We will then have the printout ready for you at reception.
