Seating options at level41
The 200 m² level41 offers a variety of seating arrangements across its two meeting rooms. It is particularly well suited for larger working groups, creative workshops with different breakout areas or strategy meetings. In addition to classic setups, we are also happy to arrange individually tailored formats. Thanks to our wide selection of furniture, the Lounge can also be styled in a living room setting with wingback chairs, stools, sofas and small side tables.

Equipment at level41
A smooth technical setup is essential for creative meetings. At level41, all devices can easily be controlled via iPad, and your notebook can be connected wirelessly. Sound is delivered through a BOSE sound system and streamed via Bluetooth directly from your device. In other words: everything you need for a productive meeting – and a little bit more. And something we consider self-evident: our meetings come without hidden costs and always with personal on-site support.

For how many people is the combination of Gallery and Lounge suitable?
The maximum capacity of the entire level41 varies depending on the seating arrangement. In general, formats with up to 115 people can comfortably be accommodated within level41.
Can both rooms be used separately?
Yes, even when booking both rooms together, the spaces can be arranged and used differently. Upon request, the adjacent kitchen can also be included.
What technical equipment is available?
Both the Gallery and the Lounge are equipped with a projector and a large projection screen. WLAN, a BOSE sound system, microphones, screens as well as moderation kits, flip charts and pinboards are also part of our standard setup. Anything beyond that, we are happy to organise for you. All devices can easily be controlled via iPad, and your notebook can be connected wirelessly using ClickShare.
Is catering available for seminar groups?
Yes, we offer a variety of catering packages. For individual requests or recommendations, please feel free to contact us directly.
How much does level41 cost?
The cost of the meeting spaces at level41 depends on the group size, duration and desired catering options. At Altstadt Vienna, we create individual offers tailored to the specific meeting and requirements.
