Susi Schellhorn about her Altstadt Experience

Susi Schellhorn runs the Seehof in Goldegg with her husband Sepp. Her love for detail is clearly tangible in every room there, creating a very individual, very pleasurable atmosphere. A meeting place for intellectuals, artists and those in search of a peaceful retreat. With her Seehof Suite Susi brought a piece of Goldegg to Vienna.

How does the Altstadt Vienna feel like?
The Altstadt is for me my "HOME" in Vienna.
The 7th district is also my favorite neighborhood. Nowhere do I feel more comfortable.

Which is your favorite room?
My favorite room is the „SEEHOF SUITE“.

When and how did your relationship with Altstadt Vienna begin?
My relationship with Altstadt began about 20 years ago when I first spent a weekend with my family in what is now the "Lena Hoschek Suite". The concept, the art, the felt "freedom in the house" reminds me of the atmosphere at our Seehof.

The Altstadt Vienna in one word?
Not only does one feel comfortable at the Altstadt Vienna, but one has the feeling of inhabiting one's "own apartment" in the hotel without having to take care of anything. Thanks to Otto and his wonderful team!
