Right off the bat: Accessibility in a patrician house built in 1902 can be tricky. With its century-old history, the building unfortunately presents a few challenges. Long corridors and small architectural obstacles sometimes require assistance to overcome. The good news: a barrier-free stay is still possible with the support of our A-Team. The reception and salons on the mezzanine floor, as well as all floors of the Altstadt Vienna, are accessible by elevator, which you will find in the back left area of the foyer. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a barrier-free toilet on the salon level, but there is certainly one available in your room.
