What is the passion behind your juices?

Friedrich Preiß knows his trade and passes on his 30 years of know-how in fruit juice production to his children. In the GenussRegion Traisental, where we are located, fruit and wine growing has a tradition dating back thousands of years. The fruits grow under optimal climatic conditions, especially for single-variety apple and grape juices. You can taste this passion for making juice. Even Gault&Millau Austria already gave us the award for fruit juice of the year. Did you know that the differences in temperature between day and night are responsible for the color and taste of apples?
