Since 1991, Altstadt Vienna has been welcoming globetrotters and the well-traveled. Originally opened by founder Otto Ernst Wiesenthal as an art gallery with 24 rooms, over the years the house has become a place where art no longer just hangs on the walls. Artists, architects and creative minds created 62 different, tangible works and manifestations of the Viennese attitude to life here.
